Usually when the new In-Colors come out I immediately choose a favorite. I had a difficult time doing that for the 2020-2022 In-Colors. Out of the five I think that Misty Moonlight is my second favorite color. For these two cards I've paired it with some of the old standards: Early Espresso, Daffodil Delight and Night of Navy. I saw a card posted by a fellow demonstrator that paired Misty Moonlight with Seaside Spray and that was a pretty great combination as well. What colors from the regular line will YOU pair it with?
Remember when making your cards that the DSP is two sided. You may choose whichever side suits your fancy!

Base card:
Misty Moonlight 8 ½ x 5 ½ scored at 4¼
First Panel: Just Jade 4 ⅛ x 5 ⅜
Second panel: 2020-2022 In-Color DSP - Misty Moonlight (pattern may vary from photo) 4 x 5 ¼
Strip of Flowers for Every Season DSP:1 x 5 ¼
Scraps: Whisper White, Night of Navy, Early Espresso
Stamps: Celebrate Sunflowers
Dies:
Sunflowers
- Stamp sentiment "Let's Celebrate You" with Misty Moonlight ink on scrap of Whisper White. Cut one edge banner style.
- Die cut the intricate large sunflower from Night of Navy. (SEE tip below)
- Die cut the large solid sunflower from Whisper White.
- Die cut the sunflower center from Early Espresso
- Adhere intricate sunflower to the white solid sunflower. (Don't forget to read the tip!)
- Adhere all as in sample. Be sure to adhere the piece of Misty Moonlight ribbon to the back of the two panels.
- Adhere the center of the sunflower with a Dimensional.
TIP: Stampin' Up! has brought back adhesive sheets!!!! (page 162 in the Annual Catalog) For this card I cut a piece of Night of Navy cardstock to 3x3. I cut a piece of the adhesive sheet a smidge (yes, that is a technical term!) smaller than 3x3, just so I could see the edges of the Night of Navy when applying the piece of adhesive. It is SUPER sticky so be careful. Then I ran the pieces of paper through the die cut machine with the intricate die about 3 or 4 times. (You could also use a precision plate if you have one.) After I was finished cutting I used a brush and pad to remove the little chads. Some of them will come away once you peel away the backing of the adhesive. I'm going to try to do a video to show the process. Stay tuned.

Stitched so Sweetly (third smallest die)
- Stamp sentiment "Thanks a bunch" with Early Espresso ink on scrap of Whisper White. Cut decorative edge with the third smallest die from the Stitched so Sweetly die set but putting the paper/die on the cutting platform and running it through the machine only half way. Flip paper around and repeat on the other side. (see photos below)
- Stamp the large sunflower on Daffodil Delight with Early Espresso ink. Die cut with coordinating die.
- Die cut the intricate large sunflower from Early Espresso (SEE tip above)
- Adhere intricate sunflower to the stamped sunflower. (Don't forget to read the tip!)
- Emboss the left panel of Misty Moonlight with the fern like folder from the Greenery two pack.
- Adhere all as in sample.
