Stampers Club - July 2021 - Featured Artist: Bonnie Reid

Our Featured Artist for the July 2021 Stampers Club is Bonnie Reid. The paper she was provided was Sahara Sand, Basic White, Basic Black, Soft Succulent and Pansy Petals DSP,
Bonnie made two beautiful cards this month. To the first she added two of the new In-Colors - Pale Papaya and Soft Succulent and the Sweet as a Peach DSP. For her second card with the cool fold she added a butterfly from Butterfly Brilliance. Thanks Bonnie for sharing your creativity!

The card for this month's club was probably one of the easiest I've ever created for any of my card clubs. Great technique for a quick and easy card and a great way to utilize all of those embossing folders that most of us have in our stash of goodies.

Base card: Sahara Sand 4 1/4 x 5 1/2

Basic White panel: 4 x 5 1/4

Scraps: Basic White, Sahara Sand
Ink: Sahara Sand, Balmy Blue

Painted Label Dies

Seashells Embossing Folder

Open embossing folder flat and ink the side with the Stampin' Up logo by tapping the ink pad, lightly, onto the surface. Place the panel of Basic White onto the inked side lining up the bottom edge of the paper with the thin black line that goes across the bottom of the embossing folder and through the aforementioned logo. Run through the Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machine.
Cut a label from the Painted Label dies and stamp sentiment with Sahara Sand ink.
Cut another label from Sahara Sand cardstock and cut in half horizontally and adhere to the back of the stamped sentiment, creating a border.
Tie bakers twine, twice, around the ink embossed panel and adhere to base card.
Adhere sentiment with Dimensionals.

In-Color Club June 2020 - Just Jade

Hi all! Here is your first In-Color - Just Jade! It pairs so nicely with Soft Sea Foam and Pretty Peacock, don't you think? The card images and instructions are below and you will have all the elements in your card kit to make one of each card. If you just have to have any of the products used to make the cards all of the items I've used are at the bottom of this post. Thinking of You With All My Heart

Base card: Just Jade 8 ½ x 5 ½ scored at 4¼

Strip of Forever Greenery DSP: 2 x 5 ½

Scraps: Whisper White and Pretty Peacock
Piece of vellum

Stamps: Peaceful Moments

Dies: Tasteful Labels

Stamp sentiment "Thinking of you with all my Heart" with Pretty Peacock ink on scrap of Whisper White. Cut out with label die as in sample.
Die cut the banner from Pretty Peacock. Cut the banner in half along the short side.
Die cut the larger label from a piece of vellum.
Adhere the strip of DSP to the left side of the base card.
Adhere the piece of vellum to the card. Be sure that you only add adhesive to the middle of the vellum so that the other elements will hide the adhesive.
Adhere the two pieces of the Pretty Peacock banner to the back side of the stamped sentiment. See how the banner now looks so much bigger? Adhere both pieces to the vellum.
