Mojo Monday 462
Today I finished up my card for the sketch quickity quick so I had some time to play with photographing the finished project. Over the past few weeks I've experimented with where I took the photos. My favorite, so far, was on the railing of my back porch. I just loved the greenery in the background. But the weather is certainly an issue with that because when I took the first batch of photos early in the morning there was no wind. Later in the afternoon when I went out for round two the wind had kicked up. Needless to say cards were a flyin'! Today I created a make shift photo box over my craft table. I had pretty good success a few weeks back in the corner of my built-in dining room hutch, but that was a tad inconvenient. The above is what I think is the best presentation with a few others to follow below. What do you think?

I love this card. Really bright and colorful. About photographing them...I'm like you, I try different places to take photos of my cards. I made my own light box out of card stock and what really makes the difference is an OTT light. Most of the photos on my blog were taken using the Ott Light as the light source. I do like all of your photo presentations.
ReplyDeleteThanks Deb for the feedback. I looked at some of your cards on your blog - they photographed pretty well! I did use my OTT lamp as a light source. (thanks Google!) On your blog - I loved your card with the peacock back from last May!
